Adelaide Club Championships, 2026
Published Tue 26 May 2026
Boxing Tasmania is proud to congratulate our Tasmanian boxers who made the trip to Adelaide this month for the Club Championships. What a crew to represent this state.
The event ran across three days at the Dom Polski Centre in the Adelaide CBD, and having boxers from four different Tasmanian clubs represented speaks volumes about the strength and commitment of boxing in this state.

Kingston Boxing Club were represented by Thomas Barker, Liam McKenzie, Sam Tubb, Rueben Brook, and Brock Chapman all competing, with coaches Trent McKenzie and Mark Chapman having their corners covered.

McKeowns Boxing Gym had Vanni Caruso and Liam Graham competing, coached by Zane McKeown and Kristy Kaye.

Ash Ifopo represented Underdog Boxing and Jake Riley flew the flag for Team Woods with his coach Sean Riley by his side.
Getting yourself to a national competition takes real dedication. It means time away from family, weeks of preparation, and the courage to step into the ring against unfamiliar competition. These boxers and their coaches put in the work to get there, and that deserves to be recognised.
A big congratulations to everyone involved. Boxing Tasmania is lucky to have you.
